HOW IT WORKS

Three things you type. Everything else is already known.

pilotcloud knows your aircraft, your airports and your usual role. What's left is the part only you can know.

The official row fills before you press Save.

  • Duplicate your last flight in one tap
  • Return leg auto-reversed
  • Everything overridable, always

Fast entry is only worth it if the numbers are right.

Numbers you can defend

Night time from civil twilight and your actual route. EASA columns filled at save time. Every calculated field is overridable, because you were there and the algorithm wasn't.

Your career, already totalled

Total time, PIC, night, IFR and currency computed from entries you made on the day you flew — not reconstructed from memory three months later.

Nothing expires quietly

Ratings, medical and ICAO English on one timeline, with warnings at ninety, sixty and thirty days out.

FAQ

Questions pilots ask before switching.

What counts towards the 50 free flights?

Flights you enter in pilotcloud. Imported history does not count at all: bring over four hundred flights from Flylog, Excel or CSV and you still have fifty.

What happens after 50 flights?

Without a subscription, you cannot add new entries. Everything already logged stays readable and exportable — PDF, CSV, XLSX and JSON — with no time limit.

Is it EASA-compliant?

The column structure and official export follow the FCL.050 style. FAA, UK CAA and CASA are planned, not available today.

Is night time calculated correctly?

Civil twilight plus your actual route. When airport data is missing, pilotcloud says so instead of guessing, and you can override the value.

What's not finished yet?

The core works: flight logging, dashboard, analytics, qualifications, import and EASA export. Billing starts after beta; offline and PWA are on the roadmap. During beta, keep a one-click backup.

Your next flight is the easiest one to log.

Start with the flight you took last week. Finish it before you leave the aircraft.
