Terms of use

Use accurate account details, protect your sign-in and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity made through your account.

You remain responsible for checking flights, totals, roles, recency, qualifications and any record you submit. Pilotcloud helps organise data; it does not replace legal, operational or regulatory judgement.

The free allowance covers 50 flights added by hand. Imported flights do not use that allowance. Once the limit is reached, saved data stays readable and exportable, but more manual entries need paid access.

Paid access is €4.99 per month or €47.88 billed yearly. Taxes or provider charges may apply where required. You may cancel renewal at any time; paid access then runs to the end of the current paid term.

Use the export tools to keep your own copies. Pilotcloud runs service backups for recovery, but those backups do not replace a PDF, CSV or JSON file held by you.

We may change, fix or pause parts of the service for security, law, maintenance or product work. We aim to keep data available but do not promise uninterrupted access or acceptance by every authority.

Do not upload unlawful content, access another person's records, bypass limits, attack the service, misuse imports or exports, or use Pilotcloud as the sole source for a safety or legal decision.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date on this page and give added notice when a material change needs it. Questions can be sent to hello@pilotcloud.io.
