GUIDE

What to keep clear

Choose the output

Use the EASA PDF for a readable logbook, CSV for flight data and JSON for a broader account backup.

  • EASA FCL.050-style PDF
  • Jurisdiction CSV
  • Versioned all-flight CSV
  • Account backup JSON

Review issues first

The report view flags missing or suspect record fields so you can fix the source row before download.

  • Missing aircraft data
  • Time and role checks
  • Preview before download
  • Date format and authority settings

Keep access to your own records

Passing the free manual-entry limit stops new manual entries until upgrade. It does not hide saved data or block export.

  • Read saved flights
  • Download available exports
  • Keep data backups
  • Cancel a paid plan at any time

FAQ

Common questions

Short answers about the page and your records.

Which export formats are live?

Pilotcloud offers an EASA-style PDF, CSV flight exports and a JSON account backup.

Does the PDF prove regulatory acceptance?

No. It follows the product's EASA FCL.050 layout, but your authority, examiner or operator decides what it accepts.

Can I export after I reach the free limit?

Yes. Saved records remain readable and exportable. The limit only blocks more manual flight entries until upgrade.

Keep your next flight clear from the start.

Start with 50 manual flights. Import your old records without using that limit.
